Svip6 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Terms

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and svip6 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided through svip6.pro or the svip6 mobile app, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the svip6 platform and must cease access immediately. Continued use after updated Terms are published will be considered full acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use svip6, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 Years and Above at the time of registration.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online betting platforms under local laws.
• Registering an account in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any other entity.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process.
• Has never had an account terminated by svip6 due to a previous Terms violation.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active svip6 account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that will result in the suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your svip6 account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any other party.

Svip6 recommends that you enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection. Any activity that occurs through your account is entirely your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

• Use a strong and unique password for your svip6 account.
• Do not log in over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Contact svip6 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Svip6 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Svip6 supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia. All transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment channels.

Deposit: Funds deposited into your svip6 account will be credited within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. svip6 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe upon successful KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to your chosen payment method.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed identity verification (KYC).
• Svip6 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review if any suspicious activity is detected.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Svip6 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion.

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Svip6 reserves the right to void bonuses if a member is found to be exploiting promotions unfairly.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Promotional offers have a specified validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be used.

06 Game Rules

All games available on the svip6 platform have their own rules, which can be found in the help or game information section. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

All game outcomes on svip6 are generated by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). These outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, svip6 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the original bet to the member.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Svip6 reserves the right to limit or adjust betting limits for certain games at any time.

07 Prohibited User Conduct

By using the svip6 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to access or interact with the svip6 platform.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the svip6 platform.
• Using your svip6 account for any money laundering or illegal financing activities.
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or harassing content targeting other users or staff.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

Svip6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, misconduct, or activities that compromise the integrity of the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the svip6 support team. Valid wallet balances (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded upon completion of the review.

09 Privacy & Data Protection
